How can art be used in the classroom?
Artist trading cards are repurposed playing cards students can decorate and share with each other. They are quick and can provide students with inspiration. With a magnet on the back, they double as name tags or student identifiers.
Students can create their own water color wash backgrounds and use them later to take notes.
Art journals can be used as a means for reflection.
Students can take notes during class, and add them to their learning journal later...
